Horse country

We went for another walk this morning and I noticed just how many horses there seem to be in the fields of Cheshire. This Highland pony was a particular impressive beast. We took paths across the fields to Davenham to visit the churchyard. I had my boots on but really needed Wellingtons given how muddy the fields were. We arrived back late afternoon. It was a flying visit but a welcome break from admin and packing.
