Delusions of grandeur?

Fred (Frederico?) seems unhappy with the name of his street, so has added a little personalisation. No simple graffiti though; he would have needed a 15 foot ladder to get this high, and the grouting is expertly done.

Today is el dia de la madre in Spain, so I was planning a mother's day related blip, but couldn't resist Fred instead. No comments about resisting the advances of foreigners please. Oh, go on then.
