Meet Gladys

She's an Orpington Leghorn cross. Not laying yet, but seems to have white earlobes so hopefully will lay white eggs. Gladys seems good natured and is happy to be handled. Leghorns are notoriously flighty but great layers whereas Orpingtons are docile.

More supervised playing this afternoon for all 11 hens.
