Amandine's Plot Treize

Hardening off table

It's the 24th of January. It's cold, damp and pretty dark. We're still a long way away from proper gardening.

So the best thing to do is to use the time productively by making things that will be useful when it starts getting hectic in the spring.

Every year, I find my compost heap ideal for hardening off young plants as it gets sun most of the day while being very sheltered. The only problem is I never have enough space!

That's why I decided to make this hardening off table out of leftover bits of pallets. It took me a while to work it out but I feel pretty proud I've made this with my own two hands!

And it's great the "pallet cemetery" has finally been cleared!
