This Is What Happens.....

....... when the girls empty out the big chest in the sitting room.  And then turn it into their own personal bed!

We've had the best day today.

The girls sat and played with their duplo for ages after having their breakfast.  And also did a lot of jigsaws on their own.

We went through numbers and letters for Mia, and Isabella read me a book.  (We haven't been given any work by the school.  Just been told to use these two weeks as an extended holiday.)  But it doesn't hurt to do a little bit.

We put the big tent up in the upstairs sitting room, with a small one for the toys along side it.  They sat inside it pretending it was their school.

We went to 3 different parks.  Two on their scooters, the third one we went to by car.

The girls ran around for ages, laughing and giggling and generally having a good time.

They ended their day playing with their Barbies in a bucket of water.

I'm sure they will sleep well tonight.
