Oignon Rose

My brother and sister-in-law arrived today for a few days. They kindly brought some oignons roses and some smoked garlic.

It was great to catch up on their Christmas visit to the States and the family news. And with the bottle they also brought we created a new cocktail (details to be revealed at some point) which we have yet to name but which was very enjoyable.

Now need to plan a meal to make best use of the produce.
