Winter wake up

It was a cold and frosty early morning, and is still below freezing. Jack Frost's masterpiece was illuminated by the rising sun.

We're gearing up for what could be a very big storm, late Friday night into Saturday. The amount of snow we get here on the South Shore of Massachusetts depends on the final track of the storm, nearly 2 days away. There will be blizzard conditions with high winds and perhaps 1-2 feet of snow. It should be fluffy, blowing snow with the extremely low temperatures.

For the Record,
This day came in cold and sunny. A friend dropped by with a bunch of daffodils from Trader Joe's this morning. It so nice to see a far off spring favorite. Our last amaryllis blooms are sadly gone after a spectacular showing from both bulbs.
