He Smells Lovely Now

I had a message from a friend asking if I wanted to meet for a dog walk after work today. We met at the Pocklington canal head and she’d even bought us both a hot chocolate to enjoy while we were walking.

It was lovely and quiet and the dogs had a ball, even when Dylan did the typical dog thing of misjudging where the land ended and the water started and got a dunking! He had his second proper bath of the week when we got home. On the plus side, he smells lovely now!
