At the end of the day

You’re another day older.

But there is always the pub. In this case The Hand and Spear, an inn frequented by Robert Louis Stevenson in 1880 when he was writing Treasure Island. 

You gotta love Friday. We sat at four different tables (long story), drank, ate,  and put in a firebreak between the working week and us as real people. 

Another busy day in the home office but relatively productive. Blow Job Boris continues to hang on as Prime Minister. What a disgrace. Putin is still strutting it on the Ukraine border. Arsehole. Barry Cryer died. So sad.
