Emerging

I went for a hike in the Marshall Swamp and saw the leaves moving.  A Luna Moth was emerging from its pupa and a wasp was attacking it.  I need to do some research and find out what is going on here.  I wonder if this is a parasitic wasp?  I didn't disturb but my heads were itching to drive the wasp away.
