Bonnet Park
Debra and Joyce took me to a newly created park. You all know how much I love a good boardwalk and this one was spectacular. The grounds below are still rather bare. Its reclaimed land from an old railway yard where phosphates were moved (the area is still full of active phosphate mining operations). Wonderful to see a botanical garden, native butterfly garden and house, miles of trails and even long slides on the mounded, reclaimed tailing piles.
I have been traveling all week, staying with people, being hyper-social and not posting. I'll catch up this week...I have hated missing all your journals. And I'm back blipping. Oh woe is me - having too much fun.
