Motacilla cinerea

A slow and lazy start to the day, followed by a brief wander up the Water. The birds are finally starting to act as if it's spring, and making themselves obvious by singing and sorting out teritories.
The grey wagtails are dashing up and down the river banks.

In the evening, met Shandonner and Bignonsense for a meal at the SMWS. Huge portions, great chat and delicious whisky :)

Back to the glamorous digging first thing tomorrow, though :(
