Ancient City - Mixed Media - 24 x 18

Finished another painting today. I started this with the black lines. I thought of stairs. Then I looked at my bookcase full of art pieces, family photos, mementos and books. I added some shapes. I used a fat Posca pen. I let that dry and then added impasto medium and spray ink. Also drops of acrylic ink that I let move and did a bit of controlling of the creation of shapes. The painting dried over night. This morning I added color, texture and shapes with Posca. Voila the result. The extra shows the painting as it was yesterday.
