Looking under logs...
...as you (I) do. I found this lovely Flat-back Millipede today along with lots of its nymphs (the small white creatures). It is one of the Polydesmidae family - I think Polydesmus angustus, one of the commonest millipedes to be found in the UK. However, as I've tried to show in other Blips, common can still be really interesting. I didn't even notice the nymphs until I was looking through the shots at home.
