The Long One

Up early for a long walk this morning.  Managed just short of ten miles, climbing up from Dare Valley Country Park to the Treherbert Road above Rhigos mountain.  I'm very happy with that and I think I've earned my roast dinner.

Quiet afternoon, although I've just started making bread.  Tomorrow I've got a walk and talk meeting with my CEO.

I love a weekend that is stress free.  Well almost.
