Homemade Pain au Chocolat.

It has been a very cold Sunday, 6c now, at 5 : 25pm.
The blue sky lasted a long time from the morning and then gradually became overcast.
I am crocheting little flowers.
Here is the pattern. I used a size 3mm crochet hook. You could use yarn and 2.7mm. I have double knitting acrylic wool.
Make a slip knot. Chain 5. Join with a slip knot. Then crochet 10 single crochet. Join the round with a slip stitch. Chain 3. Crochet together 2 treble crochet, all in the same space. Pull the yarn through the ch3 st and the trebles to make the first petal.
Chain 4 stitches. Crochet together three treble crochets. Continue this pattern until there are 12 petals. Join together with a slip stitch. Neaten up the ends.
Paul made the pain au chocolat for us. They smell really good. Pastry and chocolate.
I am looking forward to Alleluia on BBC Alba at 7:30pm. Then on BBC 1 Call the Midwife at 8pm. Arthur has stayed indoors and seems contented.
