Meditation on the Rocks

At Wembury Point near Plymouth, the rocky forehore stretches well out into the sea at low tide. In the calm conditions this morning it felt strange to be standing on rocks that are covered by the sea, twice a day, every day. and at the same time looking out across the edge of the world  where the sea and the sky meet.
