French in style

This magnificent clocktower is the centre piece of the original Bellahouston Academy. Built in 1876 as a private school then taken over by the local council in 1885, it served the local Ibrox/Govan area until it was surplus in 2008.
The architect was Robert Baldie and is B listed. Currently it is a business centre.
