Sale on Sirloin, Sail on Sirloin
This is our last night of Whole30. One of the more delicious meals during our Whole30 compliant January has been the occasional grilled steak and baked potato. Here in SoCal, it’s what we do. We do a lot of outdoor cooking. Steaks, fish, kabobs, burgers, what ever. To expand our outdoor culinary creativeness, we also have a smoker and this past year, purchased a gas griddle. The griddle is great for smash burgers and breakfast burritos. More on that later.
