My niece who lives near Aberdeen showed me a picture of a huge old beech tree that had fallen down outside their house. Their three boys were photographed clambering on its trunk. Today I came across this picture of my two aunts in 1920 or so clambering on a tree that had fallen at their home!!  It is funny how the world goes round
