More Winter flowers.

It is surprising how many things you can find in flower in the middle of winter.
This is Lonicera fragrantissima. Also known as Winter flowering Honeysuckle, Fragrant Honeysuckle, Sweet breath of Spring and delightfully, Kiss-me-at-the-gate ( if only ! ).
It has a beautiful scent of Lemon.
It was introduced to England from China in 1845 by Scottish plant hunter Robert Fortune. It is in a garden just a few houses away from us and forms a large shrub. This can be seen in the Extra which was taken from across the road.
