The Feast Day of St. Gilbert.
After my breakfast and some floor sweeping and tidying, inspired by the beautiful morning, I went along to photograph the canal.
I was very pleased to see the couple of swans, as well as some several ducks and geese near the High Street bridge in the distance. I could not stay there for long, as it was freezing cold and on my way home, there was suddenly some small hail, so I feared my camera was in for a drenching, but it was fine. It is 6c on the laptop temperature reading here at 11am.
