Coastal Path

A busy day here, but in a fine way. It’s been bright and sunny, but windy and cold. So I’m not complaining.

I spent a couple of hours in the garden, cutting back and clearing up. A friend of Grant’s came to give me a quote to re-felt the shed roof.
Geordie, Ollie and I had two great walks.
I read for a while and did a 40 minute meditation, which I found tough, so will stick with 20 minutes for the time being I think.
Had a good chat with Grant when he came to pick up Ollie.
Then chatted to Deb on the phone.
Then had FaceTime with my grandchildren and son, as they are off to Austria skiing in the morning.
Now I’m going to eat and it’s after 8pm. Alexa has just told me my dinner is ready.
