Optician Visit

This cold afternoon I went to have my reading glasses put back together --the little screw holding one of the lenses in had come loose (it was fortunately not lost :)  The optician (Great Specs--I've marked it on the map) is not far, a bit beyond the major crossing at the end of Market Street--a easy jaunt. It was our only outing today--a good thing, given the light sleet/snow which fell most of the day.

Not much of interest on TV--we did watch the usual early evening programs--the PBS News Hour and Washington Week.
