Haunted Feet ...

... on our back steps this afternoon, out of the sun on a clear cold day.

This morning I went down to the nearby optician, to show him yesterday's blip of his shop.   At midday we went to Stop & Shop , to pick up a lovely filet of cod for an excellent dinner.  Marylee prepared her usual sauce  of mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice, topped with bread crumbs which brown  when baked in the oven--superb.
 
We watched the Winter Olympics--mainly women's slope snowboarding on a formidable course with huge jumps.  It seemed that at least two-thirds of the contestants fell and did not finish.
