Two Waves Meet

Our daily gales continue, about force 10 today.  There was patchy snow on my way to work, and some wintery showers throughout the day, also the odd sunny spell. 

Early shift in the airport today, and a busy morning.  The Aberdeen flight cancelled on us, due to crosswinds on the runway.  Popped by Jonny's on my way home, stood outside as some are isolating, and then on to see Laura, and we popped down to mam's for a cuppa.  Working in the shop tonight.  

Before going along Jonny, I popped down to the beach for a look.  With the high tides and strong winds, there wasn't much of a beach left!  Normally there should be a tombolo beach, linking the isle to the mainland, not today, but you can still spy the path on the other side.  As the two tides met over the beach, they put on quite the show, as they crashed together.  Taken at St Ninian's Isle, Bigton.
