The (almost) perfect day off

A lazy morning catching up on The Apprentice (no, I don’t know why I continue to watch it either) and brunching.

A trip to Booka in the afternoon to gaze at books and spend some Christmas vouchers (thanks M&D, R&J).

Then I had the perfect afternoon planned which mostly was going to involve cuddling Bryn whilst sitting by the fire. Sadly, mum was testing positive for Covid at the moment of arrival and so it was just a quick hello, see how well he’s doing at ‘sitting’ and then back out of the door.

An evening of dinner, wine and games at Andrew & Sue’s tonight. I always leave their house with another game to research and buy.
