One thing to be grateful for:
Speaking to someone great at Amazon 's customer service - a very different story to the condescending and arrogant man from Yodel! I am intrigued to find out their reasons why they are suddenly unable to gain access to my property when they have delivered here 4 times previously! Amazon were very understanding and helpful even though they were losing my order due to Yodel's incompetency and very poor customer service! And breath !
