Going Down (on the escalator)

What a nightmare! I was determined to do a good escalator photo today when I was out at lunchtime. My camera battery expired before I'd even got out of the door of the office. My spare battery was in my other bag down the side of the armchair in the front room at home. Drat! Out with the iPhone instead...

First stop was Boots for a trip on their escalator which is very jerky and so I ended up taking a picture of the underside of my chin and left nostril, having stupidly pressed the wrong button on my iPhone (wearing gloves) and I reversed the screen by mistake. I thought about various wild stories about mountaineering expeditions through jungles to explain the odd picture but decided against it.

Next was M&S, where going up was a disaster! I tried to appear cool as if reading a text but became aware of beady eyes in the back of my neck so lowered my phone and all I managed was a shot of someone's arse in overstuffed leggings!

Sorry, this was the best I could manage going down on one of five different escalators in three shops. NEVER AGAIN!
