Last day for bricklayer and labourer today. They finished offthegarage roof, sorted out some paving and trip hazards which had been left by the fencers and generally tidied up and filled the skip. Electrician was here most of the day and did most of the work to wire the garage.
I unpacked some more boxes and got W to shift some heavy boxes for me so that I could move some of the stuff in the spare bedroom. It still looks quite full but nothing like it did yesterday. After doing this I managed to locate the remaining brackets etc for the shelving system inmydressing room. Hurray! That means I can work what additional bits I need and get them ordered.
Man came to give me another estimate for sanding etc the hall floor. He was recommended by L and she assured me he would be significantly less expensive than the last one I got. Unfortunately not so!
