Nest

We just noticed this little nest in one of our trees.  It's located right above the sidewalk, which seems kind of unprotected, though it is above human reach.  It's 3 or 4 inches in diameter.  I'd say it's either a hummingbird or finch nest, but I'm no expert.  Looks like there were baby birds in it at one time.
