A late walk after a day at the computer,
A buck Muntjac hiding in the gloom as I strode through Thorpe Wood (see extra)
A golden sunset sound-tracked by roosting corvids
Dark by the time I returned home.

My intermittent fasting seems to be working - the weight is coming off and I have lots more energy!
