The Aloe Vera arrived too late/poorly to revive - SO - There was a tiny one came with it, but in a pot with no drainage hole, it's now been re-potted.
The "adult" was in way too bad shape - the bottom section refused to sprout and the top section decided to rot.
A search online tells me leaf-cuttings are possible, we shall see.
 They advised a Cactus mixture NO mention of ant treatment - BUT - having some Flowers of Sulphur in the house I thought it worth a try.
