Primulas

With being away for a couple of days I have all my days mixed up. Feels like Saturday, but of course it is Friday, and time for a flower blip.
This is a lovely primula I bought at Burton Agnes Hall on Wednesday.
I just can’t get the colour right. It is a more delicate lilac/blue than you can see here.

We did the usual farm shop this morning.
It was very frosty when we woke up, and quite misty. The coldest day we have had for a while, and no sun.

Just after we came home yesterday some men from Yorkshire Water turned up to replace the block paving next door, and put the fence back, and also part of our path.
This afternoon MrC helped our neighbour to make a better job of the fence. Thought it easier than getting them back to fix it.
Now looking OK.
Yorkshire Water are fine at mending pipes, but no good at anything else!
Hope we don’t need anything else repairing.

So tomorrow is Saturday and the weekend.
