A surprise visitor to this viburnum

A frost start to the day, blue skies and sunshine until mid-afternoon when some clouds appeared.

We had decided to go to RHS Hyde Hall today as the forecast was for good weather.  Spoke to  my friend had breakfast and then K called round for me and we set off.  Coffee first and then a wander round the garden, first surprise was seeing this Red Admiral, also saw bees and lots of robins.  The camellias were just starting to flower, see extra.  Had soup and scone for lunch with a cup of tea, bought a couple of things in the shop and back to the car.  Called into another garden centre on the way home and a dash to the optician as the screw had come out of my reading glasses!  A brilliant day with good company
