Fishy business

A wintery day this morning, but quite bright thank goodness.
I gave Cleo her sedation tablet last night, I manage to sneak it past her concealed in some licky food. She wasn't interested at first but half an hour after I had gone to bed when I checked she'd taken it so that was good. I spent all night checking she was all right though as she was completely out of it. She was still under the influence this morning wobbly and clumsy so I phoned the vet to say I wasn't happy to give her another and she agreed. All went well though, she coped with her appointment and is now back to normal. Last year's dental query has resolved itself, but they want to have a look via xray and possible extraction. That will be delayed a couple of months though.
Ali and Josie came over today, Josie has mastered a totally uncontrolled roll over which is causing great hilarity.
I popped up to Hotel Chocolat, I had a Vodafone voucher for some free chocolates so felt it would be rude not to use it. They had lots of things at half price too so we now have some yummy chocs in the house.
On our way back from town we went to Welches at Newhaven for some fish. They always have a wonderful display, we bought haddock though its always my favourite! I have to admit though that the prawns were very tempting, simply enormous.
