Summer Streets

The council is closing an inner-city street each Saturday to entice people out. This morning’s Herald had pictures of people dancing in Crown Street last week. Today was Glebe Point Road’s turn. Three or four blocks closed to traffic, tables and chairs the length of it, West Indian drummers, classical music, kids’ activities, food trucks. Plenty of people, just no summer.
