Exhibition Father & Son Willem van der Velde

Visiting the exhibition "Father and Son Willem van de Velde"; two marine artists from the 17th century. Both specialized in naval battles, calm seascapes and dramatic storms; father Willem van de Velde excelled in pen drawings and son Willem van de Velde in oil painting. Both worked until 1672 for the Dutch and after 1672 for the English... @ the National Maritime museum, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
