Trimontium

The weather had become quite wild and windy through the night, so we revised our plan of taking a walk and went in to Melrose to visit the Trimontium museum, which only re-opened yesterday. It's quite small but contains lots of amazing Roman....stuff and is very well presented. Quite dark inside, though, so the photos I took were a bit uninspiring (I put one in as an extra). I was very impressed by this massive clock on the front of the building - erected for Dr John Meikle by 'his grateful patients'.
