Long long drive

Early start to head to Southampton for our overnight stay. Lovely breakfast roll at Abington and a nice salad at a services just before the M6 for lunch.

Hotel is nice and quiet, menu didn’t look very exciting for dinner but it surpassed our expectations as it was delicious.

Overheard some people in the restaurant talking about going in the ship tomorrow - guess it’s inevitable as we’re so close to the port.
