Kayakers on the Greta

Rained all day - heavily - for the second day in a row. As a landscape photographer I'm used to working in all weathers, but today there was no let up and no "subtlety" either!

At about 4pm, Deb and I were going stir crazy after a couple of days indoors, so we wrapped up and took a walk along the Keswick to Threlkeld path. Going over the last bridge in the rapidly fading light, I was amazed to see a group of 4 kayakers braving the torrents of the Greta. They were very experienced and I managed to catch a few shots in the fading light.
