Diary of an Edinburgher

Marsha!

A dreich day. But perfect weather for watching the rugby. Also, we had visitors this morning. A couple of neighbours across the road have a lovely wee daschund, Marsha, that we meet lots out for walks. Archie likes her, so we invited them over, with a view to being able to look after her for a day now and again. Both chaps work from home, and Marsha can be quite high maintenance, apparently. She BARKS a lot. At nothing in particular.

However, she was fairly chilled when over here, the chaps kept mentioning, and is quite taken with Archie, nudging his face playfully, and the pair of them got everso slighly playful round the coffee table. Though she has a habit of barking every now and then over nothing. In fact, she barked all night last week when a friend stayed with them… (Poor neighbours!) They’re in Week One of a six week online therapy course for barky Daschhounds.

A week of very wintery weather coming up!
