Taylor Park in St Helens

Managed a walk today despite it being cold,  wet and windy. I walked down to the park and around the lake and a few other parts. My plan was then to walk to Prescot Road and see if the bus was due - depending on how many minutes wait whether I walked on a stop.
However, the bus came early (this is a first) so I just missed it and with half an hour's wait for the next one I didn't think it was worth bothering so I walked the long slog uphill to home.
My chest is awful re uphill walks now but I felt good after I got home and stopped gasping!

Every day now I hear of a family member or a friend coming down with Covid. Fortunately, none of them are seriously ill with it.
