Out and about in the Dagenham corridor country park .
So nice to hang out with old friends.
Yesterday we rode up part of The Thames on a boat and then later travelled back across the Thames by cable car. We have hopped on and off buses and the underground , talking , laughing, reminiscing and generally enjoying each other’s company.
Today has been a quieter day but the conversation has run deep.
