Miserable . . .

. . . . . weather today.  It has rained and drizzled and rained some more.
We went to St Michaels Mount - in the mist mostly; we went to Lanyon Quoit - more mist; we went to Botallack mine, a lot more drizzle and mist so you get the picture.  We called on a friend in Morvah for a cuppa and chat in the dry before coming back to St Ives.  We went to Porthmeor beach as the tide came in, to watch the surfers having fun. It was misty but dry.
In spite of the rather inclement weather we have had a great day and after a welcome's g&t are about to have dinner!
