Rainy day guitars.

The day started well, I had the kitchen door open at 6.45am listening to a thrush singing from the top of the beech tree.

The rain started whilst I was working in the wild flower field and just got heavier, by 12.30 I was rather wet do decided that was enough for the day.

My guitar playing friend was due to come over in the evening but being home early he arrived early too. We had a great time working on a song and the bass guitar sounded good plugged into my lovely old Marshall amp, kept the volume low so that it didn't explode!!
