Confined to barracks....

Having to self isolate prior to an eye op on Friday I was grateful to the Starling for posing on the bird feeder for me.
It is not cataract surgery - I had that done several years ago. The lens in my right eye has become totally opaque resulting in extremely poor vision in that eye - so the lens has to be replaced. Fortunately it is not my camera eye! I have been given reams of pre-op instructions, but nothing for post op so I do not know when I will be allowed out on my bike again.
