The first shot

Not a very exciting photo it’s true. But my new (MPB used) lens arrived today.
I’ve been dithering, researching, dithering some more, reviewing on YouTube and for some reason on Sunday I decided enough was enough, buy the flipping thing.
So it arrived today. In the picture is the kit lens. Which has been fine for the first few months, and swapping between that and the zoom lens has been fine, but I wanted one that when I go out I don’t have to decide which lens to put on.
So this new one 18-135 will be, hopefully - weather fingers crossed, tried out on Friday for some proper shots.
Anyway, I’m very pleased with the detail and sharpness in this first shot!
