Barnacle geese

The weather today has been variable to say the least! Torrential rain this morning followed by high gusting winds and splashes of sunshine. We had to take mum to the orthopaedic outpatients - all good and she’s been discharged. She’s just to use her arm as she feels able and if it hurts to stop.
On our way home we stopped for a ‘Car- nic’ and watched as the clouds came racing over ahead of Storm Dudley ( see extra). The geese were on the banks of the Esk:)
