Last Gasp…..

This lovely Lacecap hydrangea is the very last of the hundreds of flower heads to show off its vibrant colours. All of its companions have morphed into their autumn colours.
Keith’s physiotherapist visited this morning. She is very skilled and has given him some new exercises to assist his mobility and hopefully ease his back pain. Then after lunch our plumber called in to do a minor job. . I managed some gardening… It has been a gloriously sunny day at times after a cloudy, dull start.
